Ebru Erten
Marketing Communication Specialist, Corporate Services & Brokerage Department

Ebru has been with the core group since 1998, even before the establishment of Pega. She is a key team member and her hybrid position at Pega requires her to be active both in the Corporate Services and Brokerage Department and in the Consultancy and Valuation Department. She is also responsible for Pega’s marketing and public relations operations, such as the preparation of company presentations, brochures, press releases, and the maintenance of Pega’s web site.

Ebru prepares the periodic Pega newsletter “Istanbul Market Report” and is also responsible for the company’s general accounting.

As a member of both the Corporate Services and the Consultancy Departments, Ebru is responsible mainly for leasehold acquisitions and brokerage consulting. She conducts market and site research and analysis, preparation and revision of lease and sales documentation, including contracts, permits and licenses. She also plays an intermediary role between clients, governmental authorities, and landlords. She specializes in corporate tenant representation, consultancy, and leasehold acquisition negotiation.

Ebru works with the Corporate Services Manager, Laurie Levi, and also reports directly to managing partner Saffet Cicekdagi and Ugur Sahin, relative to the nature of the project.

Experience

Ebru has been involved in an extensive number of transactions in her 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, assisting local and international clients with a specialization in lease transactions. She has been involved in lease projects exceeding 250,000 m² of office space, including finding and leasing headquarter locations for numerous international companies.

Working at Pega, and previously at Colliers International Turkey with the same core team, Ebru has assisted international and Turkish corporate clients including Cisco Systems, BAT, General Motors, Microsoft, Intel, MasterCard, Shell, UBS, Sama Dubai, Multi Turkmall, and Regus International as a tenant representative, brokerage consultant, and/or lease appraiser.
