Fadime Baştürk
Appraiser/Research Analyst, Consultancy & Valuation Department
Fadime joined Pega in March 2007.
She is a geodesy and photogrammetry engineer and her responsibilities include preparing (i) valuation reports to calculate the market value of a given property by using various valuation approaches, (ii) highest and best use studies, including physical possibility, legal permissibility, financial feasibility, and maximum profitability criteria, (iii) feasibility reports for real estate investors in making investment decisions according to the net present value, internal rate of return and break-even point, as well as (iv) conducting market studies to examine supply and demand as it may affect the success of the project.
Fadime reports to Can Aksoy.
Experience
Fadime began her career in 2005 at Avrupa Appraisal and Consultancy firm, where she worked for two years before joining Pega. She also had an extensive internship experience at Istanbul Technical University regarding mapping and zoning. The monetary sum of appraisal, feasibility, and highest and best use reports that Fadime has prepared exceeds USD 1 billion, representing approximately 8,500,000 m2 of land and closed area.
During her experience at Pega, Fadime has assisted corporate clients including Eurohypo AG, Eczacıbaşı, Siemens, and Redevco, drafting appraisal and highest and best use reports for their projects in Turkey.
